Ever since the City Killer Astroid managed to destroy the USA out of existance back in 2074, The Aerican Empire would evolve from a micronation, to an whole proper country. As for Mount Rushmore, even if it survived the Astroid, The US Government was no more, thus it was up for auction; The Roozefighters bought it all.
